Delivery information
Getting your goods to you swiftly and safely is of utmost importance to us. You can rest assured that once you have placed your order, a beautiful parcel will soon be winding its way to you ready to be cherished.
If an order is placed before noon for our non-personalised bunting we would be able to dispatch your order within two working days (mon-fri). The only exception to this would be for exceptionally large orders. If placing a large order please contact us first if you need the banners to be delivered quickly in order to ensure that this is possible. The delivery estimates below would be from dispatch.
Our personalised bunting will normally be dispatched within a week of you placing your order. The delivery estimates below would be from dispatch. We would agree a delivery date with you for bespoke orders when discussing the details of the order.
If you need an item more speedily than our standard dispatch and delivery time frames please contact us using our contact page. Above all, our aim is to maintain our high standards of quality and therefore it may be that we cannot always meet your delivery requirements, however we will always do our utmost to do so where we can.

Delivery Times & Costs - UK, Scotland and Northern Ireland
First Class - Delivered 1-2 working days from dispatch. Cost £4.25 (for 1 - 10 items).
Second Class - Delivered 3 working days from dispatch. Cost £3.75 (for 1 - 3 items). FREE SECOND CLASS DELIVERY ON ORDERS OF THREE OR MORE PRODUCTS.
Next Day - Delivered the next working day from dispatch. Cost £8.50 (for 1 - 10 items).
Please note: these delivery timescales are estimates. We are reliant on our chosen courier to deliver within these timescales. If your order is particularly urgent we would be able to provide a guaranteed and tracked delivery at an additional cost. Please contact us, using our contact form above, prior to placing your order if this is the case.

Returns policy
We pride ourselves on providing bunting of the highest quality. We want to make you smile and hope that you're delighted with your purchase and it provides enjoyment for years to come. In the event that our products don't meet the high standards you can expect, here's what to do:
Non-personalised bunting returns:
If you are unhappy with your purchase of our non-personalised bunting, for whatever reason, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. We will refund onto the card or the PayPal account that was used to make your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund postage charges.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us using the form on the contact page and we will advise you of where to send your parcel. Parcels are returned at your own cost and we strongly recommend that you send the parcel via a tracked service or obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office. Unfortunately we can not treat items lost in transit as returned.
Personalised and bespoke bunting returns:
Due to the nature of personalised and bespoke orders we regret that we can not accept returns unless the product is damaged when received. In the unlikely event that this should occur, please contact us within a week of receiving the product using our contact page and we'll put this right.
Refund process
Once we receive your return we will process this within 2-5 working days. Please note that it can sometimes take longer to appear in your bank account.
Faulty products
We take great pride in everything we do and are just as disappointed as you if things aren't up to the high standards we set ourselves. If you have unfortunately received something that isn't up to scratch, please contact us using the form on the contact page and we will endeavour to resolve this to your satisfaction.
